looked at 7 types of resources as defined in helloRsc.h file

using command-line tools,

* created a button in hello.rcp
* defined a unique ID for it in helloRsc.h
* added code to make it live in helloMain.c

also created a new Alert on the Main form with this method

looked at code for grabbing the text from the text field and handing
it off to the alert.
