BOTBoard 1 was a great minimal-6811 board (i.e., a one-chip 6811 protoboard), that had features like 6811 timer lines broken out to servo headers, and a serial connector that supplied power to an external MAX232 chip. BOTBoard 2 is a much more fully-featured 6811 board with 32K of RAM, all of the 6811 port broken out to headers; timers to servo lines again; on-board RS-232 converter; and address decoding for 4 input latches and 4 output latches in the lower half of the memory space. There also is an ample prototyping area. Marvin's Internet distribution site (for now) is on the MIT cherupakha FTP site. You can see a diagram of the board at: ftp://cher.media.mit.edu/pub/projects/6811/BOTBoard/bb2_lay.gif The rest of the documentation including a manual in Word 6 and PostScript format is located in that directory. Marvin sells bare BOTBoard 2's for $18 each (3 for $45) plus $3 postage.
