AS11 for Macintosh MPW

I like to use MPW for routine automatable tasks like
cross assemblers and so on... so I took Fred Martin's
Mac AS11 port and got it to run under MPW. This has
not yet been tested in any thorough manner other
than successfully assembling the code I'm working
on (2-300 lines). I will be happy to find and fix
any problems that people have (within reason!).
Hope this helps any Mac/6811 users out there.

some changes:
-o- allows use of ';' as a comment character
-o- generates MPW style error logs (verrry handy)
-o- calls SpinCursor so it backgrounds well
-o- lots of superfluous register declarations removed (Sue me :) )
