• Each project will present
• We will discuss the CREATE classification and how IDEO and the template appraoch fits
• We will discuss the role of constraints
• We will discuss the role of the environment, people and other paramters in creativity
• We will build performance matrices for the three groups (hands-on activities)
• Assignment and discussion of homework for next class
