I will try and find the exact time.  I know he finished third in the 1600m final at the 1989
state meet, along with winning the Arcadia Invitational in the same year.  

Also, Kevin Burkin of Burbank High School in Burbank, CA ran a 9:02 3200 in 1976.  I don't know
if you are interested in adding him to your all time 2 mile list, even though he did not break
the 9:00 threshold?

that would be great... was that for the mile or 1600m
and I assume that is Burbank California ???
