Mr. Marjan Trutschl is a doctor of science in Computer Science candidate and an adjuct faculty at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He is also a co-founder of AnVil, Inc. Marjan has more than a decade of software development and research experience. He participated in research funded by Genetics Institute (now Wyeth), Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Spacetec IMC (now Logitech) and by the U.S. Air Force, just to name a few. His research activities focus on visualization, data mining, knowledge discovery, bioinformatics, computer graphics, and artificial intelligence. He has worked on consulting projects related to visual and analytical analysis of data sets, databases, Internet, systems administration and networking. Marjan received a M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts in 1997, and a B.S. degree in Computer Science with option in Electronics from Louisiana State University in 1994.
