The project was done in Visual Age Cobol using CICS as front end and DB2 as backend
.
Student Information System
This Database product had four basic operations - Add, Query, Modify, and Delete. It could generate reports like Student details, Class Grade details and Class Average details for students in each grade. The data was inserted and maintained in to the files (i.e., Tables were not being used) through the program itself. This project was done in Visual Age Cobol using CICS as OLTP and VSAM files.
