YOu should all be aware that cvs -v command shows jupiter to 
be up to date at version 1.6 (client/server)
while decstations and vax/neptune only have version 1.3
(the one used to save bde and JPsim)

While they should be upward compatible, I haven't seen any
documentation which says if backward compatibility is
OK  or not.  My online documentation is from version 1.3.
SOme discussion of v1.6 is in case/cvs/info-cvs newsgroup,
but most of it relates to other platforms including MS-DOS.

I so not know how to check what version of cvs that is used,
when the remus or jupiter versions are both around.
