Dr. Lechner,

I got off on a tangent and ended up tracking down
the repository for CVS documentation.  It is the
ftp site at ftp.delos.com (perhaps you knew that
already).  That site contains a FAQ, the manual
by Cedervist, the tutorial by Watson, as well as
the full CVS distribution (which includes the
CVS II paper by Berliner), and an archive of the
communications on the mailing list.

I downloaded the INDEX and FAQ.gz into
95sbde/cmclain/WORKSPACE/cvs-info.  I also downloaded
Per Cederqvist's updated manual, although it is in a
different location (it needs to be converted to
PostScript).

Let me know whether or not you're interested in
any of this stuff.  Otherwise, it will get deleted.
