This dir'y is a first look (for 04s522) of the LCP Guard Conditions project.

Its intended purpose was to add an executable Guard Conditions table
much like ActRtn table FT but used in conjunction with ET-->EN>--TR
to partition an ET-enabled set of TRs from the same ST
into disjoint ranges based on the GC's predicate. 

All docs herein were copied from the parent directory of wtang.
Then I copied this dir'y to $PH/04s522 and to ~/2print for PC download.

OCM.ppt is same as Comm_Model.jpg
StateModel.ppt has 2 slides: IntegerRecognizer and VariableRecognizer.

AddGuardCondtion_SyntaxParsing.ppt has 20 states; 
four of these call one of the two subMachines IR and VR.
