what GEN version did you use to generate  bde/pr_*?
Where do I can download the gen12?

$RL/pr_util is hand-altered; 
Some or all $RL/backup_pr_util* directories may be from genv12.
$RL = ~lechner/bde2alpha_rl/sandbox/bdecheckout/bde/
See $RL/aareadme_backup_pr_util for comparisons.
