$PH/COOL-BDE/pr_utilGenv12diffs/ now has a symlink to 
	$RL/pr_utilGenv12diffs
so you can read the complete pr_util diff procedure
and results in pr_utilSinceGenv12.diffs050316
from either place. 

Caution: file type .dif  is not readable from IExplorer
since Microsoft thinks it is a  malformed XLS Worksheet.
You have to save it first and drag it to Word or Notepad.
Or tell your PC's Tools/FolderOptions/Filetypes 
to open it with Word.
