THis is a new attempt to rebuild genv11, next to the repository tree.
I already checked out and rebuilt it but its CVS/Tag content is Ngenv11
instead of Tgenv11 as in 99s523/genmerge.
THis time I'll use 
		cvs update -b -r genv11 chgen
I also updated most gen_pr_*c files (6) and tried to check them in.
cvs ci was rejected because my tag Ngenv11 was not sticky.
With Tgenv11 stuck on, this may work better.
The fixes were to reduce output from gcc -Wall for non-standard code lines
when building bde/pr_util and bde/src.
