Update 2k0329: I did build genv11 today from a cvs checkout of tag genv11.
using gen/ver_11/chgen/src/Makefile after modifying the path slightly.
The executable size is identical.

TBD: study how to build the logging capability AND process TT and TA
in genv11 with pr_util support..

Update - RJL 2k0328 -
I checked out gen/ver_11/chgen (main branch genv11) 
but it may not be jkarner's genmerge version - it doesn't
include the .msdata file of TT and TA from the bootstrap step.
This requires a metschema.sch file input.
I did cvs diff between chgen/src and jkarney's
	$CASE/99s523/genmerge/chgenv11/chgen/src
wc reported diff on 78 lines.

TBD: checkin  jkarner's version to CVS, after resolving
the regular/branch tag ambiguity  and the TT+TA input capability.
(I did 'cvs co -r genv11 chgen'
and chgen/CVS/Tag is Ngenv11, meaning non-branch Tag).
JKarner's genmerge version has this same Tag as Tgenv11.

$CASE/gen/ver_11 is empty now, but I intend to check 
out genv11 here, build it, then try to rebuild bde using genv11.

genv11 has already been tested in $CASE/99s523/genmerge/chgenv11,
but not with bde.
