BDESYM Changes

Imakefile Added the directory text to SUBDIR variable

configure.h Added -DBDESYM

include/

The following include files are taken from the 1995 fall baseline (phsia changes) :

1. graph.h
2. prototype.h
3. state.h - SCnode changes
4. text.h - function prototype changes
5. Added symtxt.h to this directory
6. Remove bdesym.h reference from symtxt.h (which was causing multiple reference problems)
   

pr_util/Imakefile Removed old CHGEN reference replaced with CHGEN 10 reference

text/ Removed duplicate bdesym.h (original is located in /include)
text/Imakefile

1. Added include directory references to prevent from having header files in this directory
2. Changed to used 94sbde_schema.sch
   

schema/94sbde_schema.sch Integrated 1994 Spring schema with current schema

Imakefile Added text.a to LOCAL_LIBRARIES and -ll to EXTRA_LIBRARIES to alleviate link errors

src/gen_defines.c Fixed encode() reference problem
