I haven't upgraded my MSWord yet. Did you use MSWord I'net Asst?
Here in PC lab or off-campus?
  
There are many other reports that are not in html form.
In particular, my short ~lechner/public_html/91.522/96f522syl.txt file
needs to be converted. Thanks for offering. :-)
Rather than you converting more files, I'd like a precise description
of the way  you did it - in particular what manual edits you had to do
before/after Internet Asst helped you. This will show other students   
how to do this and what to watch out for.

I assume you began with the version in 
~lechner/public_ht/bde2ht3/BDE2HT3_User_Manual_121895.txt.

Now your version is in ~lechner/public_html/bde2ht3/96fbde2ht3.html
and ~lechner/public_ht/bde2ht3/BDE2HT3_User_Manual_121895.html 
is sym-linked to it.

Five  PowerPoint diagrams are referenced in Sections 8 and 9:

At that time, Internet Asst did not hyperlink to .ppt (.ps) files;
does it now, or must we also add these HREFs by hand?

There are also refs to bdefileHG#.ps files from bde, which probably
have .gif equivalents. Could they be HREF'd from the report also? 
The User_Manual document did not have hyperlinks to the drawings 
for InternetAsst to discover, so they can not be browsed from the report.
