RJL 98/11/11: I removed most oldarch* docs, except the .tex original.

RJL 93/11/18: I explicitly included dsinha's Timer report into
AReinig's olcarchitecture{.tex,.ps} report. The timer report was deleted.
The toc is on page 2 now. Updates in late August are noted
in the margin as before. Versions under areinig and dsinha are now obsolete.

93/9/29: I restored the jp or olc architecture documents to here today.
They came from olc/areinig and olc/dsinha's directories..
I also renamed the file containing two figures for areinig's 
olcarchitecture report from olc3architecture.ps to olcarch_figures.ps.
