TBD 051026: make sure empty directories are retained in CVS,
and checked out to pr_uil_[no]log/{obj,probj,bin}.

In 2005, I updated bde source code and build scripts 
in $RB GB = ~/bde2alpha_rl/sandbox/bdeNT050526/bdegen13/bde.
On 051023, I did cvs release then re-created this directory 
by 'cvs co bde'  in $CASE/bdegen13 with 
CVSROOT = $BDEROOT = $CASE/95s523/95sbde/base/Master.
On 051025 I rebuilt bde in both directories 
from the same CVS repository copy.

This new directory tree has four-way build capability 
in two pr_util_[no]log/$HOSTTYPE trees 
which share the same bde/src/*.cc application.

The source code in bde/pr_util_[no]log was also checked into CVS
because it was hand-modified after regeneration by chgen.
_log vs. _nolog separates -DLOG-dependent code generation,
controlled by configure[no]log.h, which is selected and 
#included in makefiles under two bde build shell procs: 
xmkmf[no]log.csh.
  
TBD: update gen/ver_13/src code to produce the current
bde/pr_util_[no]log source code.
