The bde2javaApplet.html page forcing the browser to install jdk1.4.2_01 
plug-in, even though we have latest plug-in installed on client side.

Here is the latest bde2javaApplet.html file, which doesn't force to 
download this plug-in, if we have any plug-in greater than 1.4 version.

So please replace ~lechner/04f522/kyang/bde2java/bde2javaApplet.html with 
this new bde2javaApplet.html file.
