$RBGB/bdertags060115.hlp - RJL060115

I tagged bde (cvs rtag bde060114 bde) just before today's checkins.
THen I checked in every altered file in the $RBGB/bde tree
so 'cvs diff bde' shows NO diffs at all.

Then I tagged bde again (cvs rtag bde060115 bde) AFTER these checkins.

Primary changes were in fileio.cc and graphopbject.cc (added HNselect()).

TBD: bde menus are still not drawn; file loading and accessing
VMDB, empty or non-empty, is still awry. More debugging is needed.

TBD: More dprint and pr_dump calls.
