SICS (2005-2007)

SICS (Sensor-Integrated Camera Surveillance) seeks to improve existing camera surveillance systems using advanced wireless technologies. To improve flexibility and reduce cost of deployment, high-throughput wireless mesh network is used for camera communications.  Environmental and wearable sensors are used to intelligently control cameras with many new applications.  (project website)
