If you use cs.uml.edu account to register, the server's account activation email to you may be caught by our school's spam detection system. Either wait one day to release the caught message, or notify me to activate your account, or use a non-cs Email account to register.

Once you have been approved to join the group, go to the Settings, then Group notifications, and click Email to receive group announcements by Email.
