BF_Handy_Board.bin is FPGA image which should be programmed into spi at addr 0xC0000.
BF_Handy_Board.zip is VDSP Project that can program FPGA and talk to most hardware.
HB_register_set.xls is a small description of the various memory mapped registers that exist inside of the FPGA
M25P80-HB.zip is the SPI flash programmer VDSP Project.  The dxe file can be used with the flash programmer tool.
