Here is the wiring info for the Autec Power Systems DT25-1004 power supply. Since I was not able to find its connector wiring on the Internet, I opened up the power supply and traced the wire colors from the PCB labels through to the connector.
Note: Since this is a switched power supply, it only produces the proper voltages when it has a load. I think the load needs to be in the range of a few hundred milliamps.
If you hold the white connector so that it is facing you with the key tab on top, then the pins are wired like this:
