use "managed make 68k c/c++ project"

make sure to change appl creator code

use File:Import: Files to get .c and .h files into your project
use File:Import: Palm Resource to get .rcp file (compiled Palm
  resources)

your compiled project is in the Debug folder, with a .prc suffix

Find that in My Computer:Program Files: Palm  : workspace
