KNOWN BUGS WITH THE REVISION 1.0 HANDY BOARD

* the STOP button (the left-hand one) is missing a pullup resistor.
 
  The fix is to add a 47K resistor connecting pin 17 of the 'hc244 to
  +5v.  There happens to be a through-hole that goes to pin 17; on the
  solder side of the board, you can insert one lead of the needed
  resistor into this through-hole.  A convenient place to attach the
  other lead of the resistor is pin 16 of either L293D chip (i.e., +5v).

* the 'hc138 chip is not grounded.  Add a jumper from pin 8 to
  ground.

* the address decoding is flawed so that the Expansion Board may not
  be fully accessed.  See notes for fix below in the revision 1.11 bug

KNOWN BUGS WITH THE REVISION 1.11 HANDY BOARD

* the address decoding is flawed so that the Expansion Board may not
  be fully accessed.  The solution is to wire a spare inverter from
  the 'hc04 chip to invert the sense of A14 going to the 'hc138 chip.

  This fix may easily be done on an already assembled board.  A
  diagram is available from the Handy Board WWW site.
