MacIC for 68HC11E series and PowerBook

I have modified the Mac versions of DL, MON and IC to work with the 68HC11E series as well as the A series.  If you are using 'E series, just give the command "-e1" at the prompt (this is only necessary with DL and MON).  I also fixed a serial handshake problem that caused the programs to hang on my PowerBook 160; I've also tested them on an SE30 with no problems.
  If you have any problems, you could let me know, tho I can't promise to fix anything.
