	    GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING FILES TO CHERUPAKHA

1.  Please send e-mail to fredm@media.mit.edu to obtain permission
before uploading files.

2.  Please make yourself a subdirectory for your stuff.  If you're
uploading multiple "projects", you may either (a) make yourself a
directory and make a directory for each project within your own
directory, or (b) make a top-level (i.e, within "incoming") directory
for each project.

3.  Put a file named README in each directory describing what's in
there.
