This is not a team report - each person must write their own unique report!! You have three weeks to work on this report. Don't procrastinate--don't wait until the last day to get help! I recommend that you write first draft over holiday break and ask me to review & provide feedback during week of Jan 4

  • Format: standard lab report
  • What is the fundamental reason for writing this lab report? Be sure you identify and clearly answer this question! We've discussed this in class already!
  • You should use your homework from 12/11 as a starting point for this lab. You should revise your spreadsheets to incorporate the "fundamental results" from your Materials Lab Report into this spreadsheet and use it to make predictions.
  • The report shouldn't exceed two pages in length + attachments
  • Attachments: Be sure to refer to your attachments in the body of your report (or don't attach)
    • Your revised Trussmaster excel file (see note above)
    • Your own physics analysis for bridge using the method of joints. You must show all work! Can you prove that Trussmaster works?
    • Attach other tables, sample calculations, etc. as needed if they don't fit in the body of your report.
