Possible Questions to use at the Interview
- What is the client's disability?
- Does it prevent the client from doing something? If so, what?
- What is his/her favorite thing to do?
- What is his/her least favorite thing to do?
- Is there a secret wish the client wishes he/she could fulfill?
- Is there something he/she wants to change about themselves?
- Is there something that he/she does to accommodate with the limitation?
- Is there anything in particular they want us to know about him/her?
- Are there any specific difficulties associated with the client's disability?
