I feel that I did a pretty good job of managing this project. I didn't have a partner to collaborate with, which was both good and bad. I had no problems with procrastination; I started working on the project as soon as I got it, putting several hours in every day for the three weeks before the due date. This project took much longer than I had expected it too. Part of it was that I didn't work as efficiantly as I could have - sometimes I would try to make the code more complicated than it needed to be. Also, the design process was much more difficult than I had thought. My list of tasks makes it look like I was always behind - but really, the project just took much longer than I thought it would.
