How and When to Straighten Out a Curve!




Fiddling with sensor values

Your Sharp distance sensors give you strange, nonlinear output values. How can you make them "useful"?

  • Maybe the nonlinear values ARE useful??
  • How do you convert to linear values (i.e., a 50% increase in distance yields a 50% increase in value)
  • Better yet, how do you convert sensor input back into real distances??
  • And are these results usable from Create to Create???
