Major difference. The ability to separate audio1 1 and video in the edit mode. I haven't played with it yet but I want to pass this along. Perhaps a Faculty Institute this Winter to catch everyone up to speed. Don't feel any pressure to upgrade now if you're just getting comfortable with version 5. Over the break is just as good.
