I can't seem to get the entry box to work (probably a user issue), so I'll ask out here:
Hey now I'm having the same problem as you, which is strange. No, I don't think that Taq denatures the DNA - I'm pretty sure that heat denatures the DNA, and then Taq copies it from the primers. A second way to remove phospherous besides natural remediation (ie duckweed)? Chemical Remediation?
Alum is a chemical means of removing phosphorus that makes it precipitate out. -Annelise
