Scenario 2: Power out at the Mall

POWER OUT AT THE MALL

On Saturday afternoon you and a friend go to the mall. A major solar flare knocks out the power to the mall and to the surrounding area. The mall is a big place and the emergency back-up lights come on for just a short time before they all fail. You need to get out! Your challenge is to program your robot to search for light and find its way out of the mall.

BONUS:

Design your robot to be a spelunker (one who explores caves) and follow the flashlight of the leader.
