- Promote the Exploration field trip and the TEAMS admission process at the same time!
- We'll send package to you on Feb 8, including...
- Brochures & with inserts: hand out to interested students
- Color fliers/posters: post these in your advanced math or science classrooms and in guidance
- Our Web Site and Wiki: encourage students to visit! http://gse.uml.edu/academy/

- A list of the students who will participate.
- Please use the sign-up sheet to give us student & chaperone names, gender, and t-shirt sizes by the Monday before your assigned Friday (fax: 978-934-2067 or email TEAMS@uml.edu).
- Please select sophomores or juniors who are enrolled in your honors (top) math and science courses ("advanced" students) – please encourage both genders to participate.
- You might also consider one or two sophomores who may not be honors students, but may be encouraged by going to this program.
- If a student is sick on the day of the event, feel free to send a replacement.
- The name of a chaperone who will accompany the students
(and their shirt size - they will receive a nice TEAMS polo shirt).
- We prefer math/science teachers as chaperones (this can be a professional development experience for them as well)
- If you want to send a second interested math/science teacher/chaperone, let me know (we’ll pay for a second substitute).
- Your help promoting the program
- You may ask the math & science teachers who have these advanced sophomores to announce the program to those students at the beginning class
- We'll send you several TEAMS brochures, posters, sign-up sheets, student permission slips, etc.
