Team Kilauea is an one of several groups of the UMass Lowell TEAMS Academy participating in the Assistive Technology Design Fair 2008. Student participation in ATDF 2008 is the capstone experience of the Assistive Technology course here at TEAMS Academy. Assistive Technology teaches students about electrical circuits and their applications. Building from their electrical knowlege, the final ATDF project allows students to design a product that betters the quality of life of a member of our Greater Lowell community.
