Strengths and Weaknesses

Cassandra Abou-Farah

Strengths

• I am a very good people-person and very sociable, taht way we can attract and bring in clients
• I am an organized person who know when things need to be done and when things are due.
• I am a good listener so if you need me to do something, just let me know what it is and how to do it and I will be on it

Weaknesses

• I haven not worked with any electronics like things in the AT course.
• I am scared to ask questions if I need help on things but I am really trying to improve on that.
• Like others, I am a procrastinator but that is changing especially during TEAMS!

Christopher Merill

Strengths

• Previous ATDF Experience
• Previous Electronics Experience
• Skilled with computers
• Access to Power/Hand Tools.
• Reasonable Writing Skills

Weaknesses

• A cornucopia of senior-year trips -- Not much I can do about that.
• A tendency to be overly independent -- I'm going to try and spread the work out better.
• Slight lack of motivation (It is my senior year...) -- I'll focus! Really!

Lisa Baumoel

Strengths

• writing and drawing (by hand, not so much by computer
• Can obtain tools and materials pretty easily
• can organize schedules and budgets... I like making lists and tables.
• Some experience with electronics; fair amount with soldering.

Weaknesses

• Difficulty with communication; trouble asking questions/talking to people... Probably not the best to meet with clients...
• Procrastination-- I'm trying really hard not to!
