EAGLE PCB Layout Software Tutorial

Revised EAGLE libraries updated May 20, 2009
- Added SERPAC and HH3400-BC to project-box.lbr
- Added battery outlines for 4AA 2AA 4AAA 2AAA and 9V battery packs to battery.lbr
- Added Holtek encoder/decoder and H-bridge libraries
- Added TEAMS piezo buzzers and pc-mount speaker to buzzer.lbr
