Free EAGLE PCB Layout Software
EAGLE Hall of Fame
...and one possible solution
Note to Intro To Engineering/ECE Fall 2007 Students:
The second part of your EAGLE project is due two weeks after your scheduled second EAGLE lecture. You need to hand in the following items to Ian to complete your EAGLE project:
- Print a final version of your mint tin schematic (.sch) file (print on one page from EAGLE)
- Print you final board (.brd) layout file (print 1:1 scale on one page from EAGLE)
- Your board layout should be 100% routed using only the bottom copper layer (Layer 16)
- You should think about the physical layout of the mint tin amp (see website) and lay out the PCB accordingly using a functional, user-friendly design.
- Your board layout should fit inside a standard Altoids mint tin. To prove that it does, take a mint tin and trace the outline on top of your board printout to show how nicely everything fits.
- Can you fit the circuit board AND two 9V batteries?? It's OK if you can't quite fit the batteries, but BONUS if you do! (maybe I can get a couple of kits put together for the best two or three designs)
