Step 1: "run bom.ulp" as shown to the right: 
Step 2: Save the file: 
Note: your bom should have ALL the parts that I gave you on my modified BOM, with names and values changed to match!
Step 3: Open in Word or Notepad and print & staple to your schematic
Make sure that you've save your schematic and projects files using your LAST NAME as part of the file name!!!
