Design Requirements
- encode keys into Flex app (users won't need to enter)
- limit uploads to 10 MB/file
- maybe limit total number of uploaded files per bucket
- will be installed on course wiki; figure out
crossdomain.xml so that they're locked to www.cs.uml.edu server
