Read Chapter One of Artificial Intelligence and Mobile Robots: “Map Learning and High-Speed Navigation in RHINO”

Write an analysis of the mapping ideas presented in this chapter as they pertain to the IGVC Autonomous Challenge.

Make sure you have read the IGVC Autonomous Challenge rules if you have not done so already.

Explain how the mapping ideas in this chapter might help us for our IGVC project.

You may discuss this with others in the class, but writeups are to be done individually.

I would like at least 2 full pages (single spaced) of prose, plus at least 1 diagram. The diagram does not count toward the page total. More than 1 diagram is good.
