If you don't know what to do, right-click. Chances are this will bring up a useful palette or menu.
Ctrl-H is for Help. This will pop open the context-sensitive help window, which is generally useful.
Ctrl-E toggles between the Block Diagram and the Front Panel. This is something that you do a lot.
