Yes, Frank and Chuck are twins.  They were age group phenoms
since age 8 and still hold many age group distance records.  After '77, Frank
focused on the mile (winning state in '79) and Chuck focused on the two mile
(unfortunately for him, Nelson was unbeatable).  In '81, Frank won the Div II 1500
title and Chuck won the Div II 5000 0 titles as they competed for UC Riverside.
Chuck ran 13:57 - 13:59 as a freshman in college and then stopped
competing.

Frank won the NCAA DII 1500 in 81, 82 and 83.  I
think he also placed 2nd in the NCAA DI and USATF indoor mile one year.
